Pay-As-You-Go

Our pay-as-you-go hourly rates vary according to the service being rendered. Transcription services, for example, are billed at a different rate than general virtual assistant services. All pay-as-you-go work is invoiced weekly.  Regular Rate is $35.00 per hour.

Retainer Packages

If you need on going month-to-month assistance, you may choose a retainer package. With our retainer packages, you are required to pay by the first of the month for a specified number of hours.

In return, we guarantee our availability for that amount of time each month, your work receives priority scheduling over pay-as-you-go work, and you receive a discounted hourly rate determined by the number of hours you choose.

PACKAGE A

  • 40 hours per month / 10 hours per week.
  • 3% discount per month

PACKAGE B

  • 60 hours per month / 15 hours per week.
  • 5% discount per month.

PACKAGE C

  • 80 hours per month / 20 hours per week.
  • 6% discount per month.

Invoicing and Payment

Invoices are sent out on the first of each month for Packages and are payable by check, electronic payment or PayPal. If you have another payment preference, we are happy to try to accommodate you.
